Fennel Salad
Description
Delicious with Steak and roast potatoes
Ingredients
- fennel bulb shaved paper thin – 1
- extra virgin olive oil – 2 T
- fresh lemon juice – 1 T
- fresh chopped thyme leaves (optional) – 1/8 t
- chopped basil – 1 T
- shaved parmesan cheese (optional) – 2 T
- sea salt – pinch
- black pepper – pinch
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, serve cold.
