- 2 bananas
- 3 TBS honey
- 3 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 TBS milk
- Peel the bananas and cut them into rounds about 1 inch thick. Put these in a ziplock bag or freezer-safe container and freeze at least 8 hours or overnight. (I like to do this in the morning before I go to work.)
- In a food processor, place the frozen bananas, honey, cocoa powder, and milk. Blend until they come together in a soft-serve-ice cream-like texture. Put this in a container and freeze it again while you eat dinner.
- Within 20 minutes the ice cream should be ready to scoop and devour!
